USAEE Presidents Message |

I am pleased to have this opportunity to highlight some recent activities and future plans of USAEE.
Like many non-profit organizations, USAEE serves a vital public purpose. USAEE exists to bring together a special set of energy economics professionals from across the diverse spectrum of the US energy space. USAEE members are key researchers, analysts, practitioners, writers, investors and consultants working in energy economics in academic, governmental, industrial, financial, media, consulting and other institutions across the country. USAEE fosters professional relationships and dialogues across these sectors. Such relationships and dialogues deepen understandings of energy issues as ideas are exposed to observations from multiple sectors and perspectives. This inevitably leads to societal benefit in the form of better energy decisions in our members' institutions and throughout society.
