Dear USAEE Members,

Welcome to our second edition this year of Dialogue, the USAEE’s own publication featuring critical discussion of key current energy economic issues.  I am pleased to convey my presidential report as part of this excellent publication.  Before doing so, I wish to thank our retiring 4-year Dialogue editor-in-chief, Gürcan Gülen – thanks for so much work, time, enthusiasm and leadership, Gürcan!
